Default ltz50 quad no power

I installed the CT pipe, jet kit, clutch kit and CDI yesterday....The CDI has 4 settings on it(stock to unlimited rpms)...kinda cool...the clutch kit came new rollers and 3 different sets of springs..but i couldn't get any of them on...not sure if they are the right ones(like they were to small)...going to have to call CT and ask?
It did wake the little quad up though....and pipe pipe sounds great..not too loud

When I called Ct and asked about their new CDI they said that two of those four switches are used if its put on a LTZ-90.

The Dyna instructions say in the unlimited RPM position that the parking brake kill switch is eliminated???....not true on the 50?..they also dont tell you what positions do what..i had to just keep flipping and testing to get what i needed...
Was a little confusing..2 dip switches with 4 possible positions...

Yeah the lady that always answers the phone at CT is very unhelpful. I dont think she has clue about the stuff they sell.

My daughter has this quad and just this year she is wanting it to have a little more power/speed.

Is there any way someone with a ton of patience can describe in pretty good detail how to remove the transmission limiter, the exhaust limiter and the best method for opening up the airbox. It would be greatly appreciated.

I can tell you about removing the spacer later, thats a lot of typing and I dont have the time right now. But I can tell you that some, not all, 50's have a washer just inside the head where the exhaust pipe connects. Its just a washer that you can remove with a screwdriver, so I've been told, mine didn't have the washer. The best thing to do for the exhaust is to cut off the spark arrestor and open up the stock endcap that bolts to the end of the muffler, or replace it if you have the $330 CT wants for their pipe. As for the air intake, just replace it with a k&n filter. Its poorly designed and modifying it would make it worse.
