I got my cdi yesterday and wow what a difference! I just let him go up and down the street for a little while. I was starting to get a little nervous it was going so fast. He had a grin from ear to ear!

I called CT Racing last night to order the clutch kit. The guy I talked to said the clutch engaged at around 4,500 rpm. The stock machine is rev limited to 5,000 rpm. He decided the clutch kit wouldn't help me without the new cdi.

He also said that if I really wanted performance I needed the whole shebang. I suppose I'll order the pipe and intake next. The new 43 tooth sprocket was a huge improvement.

Dont order the k&n from ct. You can buy it cheaper online or from your local autoparts store. K&N part number R-1040. The pre-charger part number is 22-8008PK

Put the k&n on today with the new jets. 75 main and 22.5 idle. Runs like a champ. Im very happy with its performance. Ill be taking it to Armagosa Dunes this weekend for the real test!

Well, riding season is officially over for me and my family due to me blowing up the top end in my quad. On that note, we are officially selling my youngest sons LTZ50. Next season he will be riding his new Can-Am DS90X. No for the shameless plug, if any of you are interested or know someone who might be interested, I'm asking $1500 firm for my sons LTZ50. This bike has all the upgrades withthe exception of the clutch kit. Please PM me if interested. Thanks guys.

Sorry to hear about your quad. I hurt the raptor this weekend also. I hit a partially hidden rock going full speed in second gear up a steep hill. Popped the tire right off the bead and sent me flying. I have a nice purple ankle now. The quad toppled down the hill.

My boys 50 ran awesome in the dunes. It was great to see it climbing the dunes and chasing the 90's. Ill put some video up soon. He ate sand once also. He tried to go down a dune with his hands in the air! He almost rode it down, just barely fell off at the end. Crazy kid. His momma chewed his butt bigtime. I told him it was dumb to do but still was kinda cool.

OK I'm ready to pick up a new CDI for my sons 50. It was a complete dog in the dunes over the weekend and I'm tired of getting off my quad every two mintues to give him a push. I'm also going to do the CT clutch kit and pick up a K&N and jets locally. Where is the cheapest place selling the Dynatek CDI? I heard they were available on Ebay but I could not locate one when I searched.
