ltz50 quad no power

Default ltz50 quad no power

Would really appreciate some pictures of when you removed the spacer? Is this spacer part of the clutch unit as in the above pictures?

I have had a Z50 for about 2 weeks now and initially I was disappointed with it as it didn't seem to get going when giving it gas. Now I am actually quite happy with it, goes well, easy to start and I reckon the same speed as my LT-A50's.

Would love to know about this spacer though.

See picture 3 in the above photos where his thumb is that little sleeve in the center slides out and there is about a 3/16 thick spacer that is on that sleeve from the factory. By removing the spacer it lets the pulleys to close more to increase the speed

That metal washer "looking thing" that's the spacer nothing else in there looks anything like so when your removing the rollers remove the spacer at the same time

I am still waiting on the new sprockets. Can't wait for them to get here and then we will see what happens. I think the had to special order them[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]
