ltz50 quad no power
#613
I just wanted to let everyone that has participated in this forum know (except for the negative ones) that this has been such a informative and appreciated topic for me to read. I had a lta50 and was very happy with it. I had a chance to pick up a ltz50 for real cheap because the guy said it didnt have enough power for him. With everyones help and research on here I have made this quad quite capable and fun for my son.
Here are some videos in case you care to watch. This quad is still about halfway through its total transformation but it is alot better than stock.

i knew the ice was thick enough for the little bike but not sure for the bigger bikes
well I found my answer
We cut the ice with a saw it was over 4" thinck in the center but was thinner next to the edge
I ended up getting wet tring to pull out the Artic cat
