on this machine with 100 miles,a couple times a day when I go from low to high range,and give it moderate throttle I hear the belt squeal a little,then it won`t do it again,then try to make the noise again,and it`t won`t .Is this normal,or maybe my belt a little loose?This is my 1st auto machine.Is the belt tension adj.?

If the clutch doesn't feel like it's slipping and the quad start's moving the same as it does afterwards it's most likly just normal breakin' , if it continues or seems to get worse i would take it in the dealer while it's still under warranty ; the clutch bearing may need lubed !

Better to have it checked out while still under warranty , i bought a 2006 AC 400 FIS Auto 4x4 with the Suzuki 376cc Engine with the Suzuki Duramatic Belt driven clutch but it didn't make the noise you described ; the only thing i noticed about my AC was on startup i could hear a faint humming sound from the belt that went away before the Engine warmed to normal idle !

Call your Dealership and ask the service tech for his advice , he may want you to bring it in to check it out ; i owned a 93' Suzuki LT4WD 300 KQ from 99' to 2005 my late cousin bought new 2 weeks before the "Blizzard Of 93" it was a great little Quad but it was the manual shift model !

I also noticed the hum you describe on a cold morning yesterday,haden`t heard it before,and not later in the day.I guess all these machines make their own noises.The 4-trax I just sold was a great machine,but the auto clutck(cent clutch) knocking had me worried when it was new,just got used to it.
