LT230 Questions

I have a 86 lt230 that i ran off a cliff and into the river by accident. It was upside down in the river for about an hour before i could get it pulled out. Now i have it in my garage. I took the motor off and drained it. I pulled the head off and both side cases. Im new with these suzuki motors so i need some advice to rebuild it. I plan on doing it as soon as possible because i need to sell it due to moving out.

Whats up ATV CONNECTION, i am new to forum i just bought two suzukis! ones a lt230s and the very rare 1990 lt250s, and im crazy so i took the lt230s chassis lt250s motor OBVIOULSY, lt250s swingarm rear brakes axle etc, the axle is 1.5 inches longer than stock, also took the lt250s a arms witch are 1.5 inchs longer, and took all the 250s shocks, lt250s steering stem and custom lt230s tierods had to cut and extended them! also with the lt250s front shock i had to build new shock mounts higher and a little more towards that back of bike! , have lt250r handle bars and headlight, 21 inch dunlops on 10in itp rims in front and 18/10.5-9 kendas in the back JUST GOT QUAD COMPLETED i completely rebuilt the 250 top end piston sleeve retainers valves and valve guides, i filled it with two and somewhat quarts of oil new oil filter went to shift drove great shifted threw everygear reverse worked everything was good took it for a ride and was riding mint got back parked it went to start it today started first kick BUT WHEN I SHIFT INTO ANY GEARS SHE WONT MOVE REVERSE ETHIER does it take trans oil seperate i have two spare motor so if i broke something i can easy replace it but i clearly missed something!!!??? PLEASE HELP and sorry posted this in this forum i dont know how to start a new one!

Thanks trailrider i actually was inspired by your build i seen your pics when i searched google and then found your build pics on another site! So thanks for the inspiration my beast is actually coming along great and i figured out that my damn chain snaped off!! But its all better now i got pics to post where do i post build pics!
