Just changed out the CDI, everything fired up, ran great. Had the pull the carb off to clean it. out it back together, now i have no spark. I dont get it everything was fine an our ago, and now I have no spark, what could of happened?

 

did you check all of your wire connections. sounds like you may have pulled something loose.

 

Yea, we actually ripped all the casing off the wires. had everything exposed. We did find some splices that were keeping the electric start and lights from working, so we fixed those and now they work. All the rest of the wiring is good and looks mint. I am hoping its not the magneto. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

 

Ok so I am still trying to narrow this down to the stator assy. Anyone else have any thoughts on if this could be the cuplrit? Thanks
