Lt80 clutch

OK, not to be a azz but I wan to know that:: you removed the rear clutch and put your finger in the bearings and turned, should be smooth. You also squeezed the sheaves by hand and it traveled smooth. Also there is plenty of pad left on the shoes.
Is the air ducting all in place (some ppl remove/add stuff)?
If you pick up the rear end, can you turn the wheels easily?

Bearing is good. Clutch slides like it should i am gonna pull all the air duct apart to make sure there is no mouse nest in the as is did sit for the winter. I did put the clutches back on and i notced that the belt held the rear one open a bit to fit because it sits on the washer. I took tje washer out just to see if it fit better and there is just a bit of belt above the secondary just like a snowmobile

Yes both bearings r good ii am going to replace them sence i am in there anyway i just found some burs on the moveable face part of the front clutch where the slides ride against. I wonder if it hung up on there and screwed things up

Got the new moveable face and noticed that the brass sleeve in the old one is wore quite a bit so that was the problem. Got it all together works awesome again. Is there a way to set it up so it will spin the tires on take off
