Angry Quad runner lt230 shifter

In need of help I have seen a shifter mod done but no close up pics. Right now I have shifter cut and welded directly to the shaft but too hard to shift! Can anyone post detailed pics of a modified shifter. I cannot find an oem one to put back on so I need to do some modding. Thanks!

The shorter the distance from pivot point to end of pedal, the harder it will be to shift, law of Physics. Suzuki's rather complex system, allowed for a long enough pedal to work when the shaft coming out of the box was too close to where your toe needs to be. Lengthen the pedal or, as an Eiger/400KQ pedal set up looks very similar, you may be able to alter an Eiger assembly to fit your machine

Default LT230E Shifter set up

This is what your shifter and linkage should look like.
