I had a 86 lt250r i thought it was a great machine i ran the pi$$ out of it at the dunes and never one problem.It still had the stock piston in it wow! after 15yr.I did a little jumping with it nothing major.the front shocks were a little on the stiff side and yes the 87&up were faster than the 86. Over all it was a great atv!
