Ok...the clutch handle.....obviously you pull it "in" to shift and such...and it goes back "out" to its normal free position. Now my clutch is working fine but it can be wiggled or whatever up and down like say over in inch. Is there any way i can like tighten the clutch handle up so it dont wiggle up/down so much?? I haven't really looked at it yet but i did notice a couple flat head screws underneath. Hope this makes sense and someone can help me out here........... Thanks!

Just be careful when you are tightening that bolt that hold it onto the perch as it is real easy to twist it into a couple of pieces. Yeah, I know this as I did it on my girls brake perch bolt. Of course we had these before most so the dealership had no pieces in for this bike yet, but the one for the ex fit although it was shorter.
peace

ok..so its a bolt i should look for then, not a screw!? I'm sure i know it when i take a look. I just wanted to try to tighten it a lil bit... it got so loose cause someone took the z for a spin and he flipped over the handle bar. banged up his shoulder on the front guard in the process. so he walked away after that and when i went to drive, i couldn't feel the clutch.... it had turned down so to speak on the handlebar if you know what i mean. so we turned the whole thing bolted to bar back up so it was cool.

Anyone have problems with the plastic chain guard? I havent yet but was thinking of getting a new one to make it safer than the plastic one. 'bout how much they go for?
