Default new shiny maier plastic problem

i put 85 86 maiers on my 92 thisweekend and they fit perfect there the full fronts and i now need a lower fender mount anyone have one they want to sell if so pm me

ya, my fronts fit fine. Its the rears that don't work. I just put my old cracked rears back on for now.

I just ordered silver from rocky mnt. for my 92. What exactly dont fit? I dont have a airbox(thats not a prob. for me).

It should fit your if you don't have an airbox. That is the only thing keeping mine from going on. All of the holes and everything still line up.

WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF MAIER PLASTICS!!!!!!!

I wasted $$$ on the old "unshiny" stuff years ago, and absolutely couldn't believe how crappy the fit was...
Used a torch & heat gun to get it even close! Looks like hell! and where the front meets the rear plastic..... looks like they came from two different machines

The factory stuff is big $$$, and unfortunately there's no other options for the old Zuk's.... If enough people would not stand for this suboptimal crap, Maier just might make a better product.
Now that the plastic is shiny, there's a bunch more people bound to be disappointed!

Just my $.02
