Default how many frames are really breaking?

If 50% of the Z frames were going to break, I'm fairly sure my 220 pound body doing all of the jumps, bumps and truly sycho woop section blasts would of at least cracked the paint, and hasn't. I also run my suspension a little on the soft side, try to use the full travel of what you have. So far no problems.

If this realy does turn out to be a normal issue with the Z's, I hope the aftermarket will come out with braces for us to weld in. I have a couple friends that are welders by trade and could probably do it for free.
So far so good.

Here is some pics of my frame. I got a new 1 under warranty and it was just the same old frame so I welded gussets on the new frame. The dealer said that the Suzuki rep said that the shocks are soft and that’s what is braking the frames so I put a pair of Works Steelers on.

Default how many frames are really breaking?

i have recently broken a frame, well it wasnt actually me. I let my buddys cousin ride my 250 and he said he was going into a turn in 2nd and it just broke underneath him. undr further inspection i found that it is broken in 4 places, the top of the shock is busted clean off, the right front calipe is bent to hell, there is a flat spot in the rim, and the steering column is bent. and he tells me it just broke on him!!!

Hey lvegas, that frame looks sweet in yellow. I see you don't have your radiator shroud on, is that because your upper gusset is to big to let it fit back on? What are you going to do to protect your radiator now? Good job on the gussets.

Thanks. I didn't put the stock shroud back on because I do not like it. I'm going to put the Suzuki factory aluminum shroud on.
