Barnett Dirt Digger. The clutch is a little stiffer than stock, but otherwise is great. I'm not sure what HP numbers for mine are, but mine's not stock, that's for sure. I haven't replaced a clutch, so I don't have any info for you on that. Get a LT500 manual and you'll be fine.

The factory clutch with Barnett springs is by far the best to use. The stock fibers have bigger slots for the oil to escape to. The Barnett fibers glaze real easy.

Only if the Hinson allows you to use one more disk. Otherwise, if your stock basket is in good shape I don't see any advantage. Or am I maybe missing something?

Just got don with my barnet clutch kit so far it is holding fine, I recomend it
Don't wast your money on the factory manual for the clutch i bought one for 60.00
for the clutch it told me nothing except to take the springs down even and criss cross bolts holding them down no torq specs
also soak the clutches in the same oil you use in the bike for 15 min. before installing the clutches

I was told by LRD not to use the Barnett because it is to " Coarse" and leaves to much grit in the tranny oil. I have stock clutch with around 63 hp and it works fine.

I have an EBC race clutch kit, (includes one extra fiber, and one extra steel) and I run the Barnett heavy duty springs and it grabs VERY tight.

My Zilla might be pushing 70HP. -Matt

Hey MR 350X

What type of pipe are you running on your Zilla? And what type of gas and oil (mix ratio) do you put in ?
