Like the title says i have an 05 polaris sportman 500 ho and just did a carb rebuild on it, got the leak to stop coming out the drain but the gas is now filling up the cylinder and have no clue how or why? Choke seems to be opening and closing and checked to make sure the float cut off fuel when it reaches the top, level of the gas in float is even to the top of the float ,other than that im stumped any info will be appreciated

 

Sounds like you still don't have the float adjusted or it's sticking open and just pouring gas in to the cylinder.Look at this post on the bst40 carb. Little different than yours,but shows how to adjust the float level among other things.The BST-40 Bible - ADVrider
