I only know of the tracks in Lake Elsinore. You have to pay to use them (and join a "membership") and they do also have a track for quads.

I think it'll be plenty dry there this weekend. We were up there two weeks ago, right after a bunch of rain, and it was dry for the most part even then. It's had this whole week of sun to dry out even more. Have fun!

We're supposed to go to El Mirage next weekend, but now my son is bugging us to go to Glamis instead. Haven't decided yet . . . him and his buddies can get a little too rowdy and we have my stepson with us that weekend so don't know if it's such a great idea.

Just got back from up near California City, just off the 395, and it was glorious!!! Went up yesterday with the RV towing my Rinny and my Bro's new 660Raptor. Had a great time, i'm really red right now with the sun. Got a little burned today! It was nearly all dry with just a few sporadic puddles here and there. Perfect weather perfect trip!! Got a few new pics too, i'll post the url.

I went yesterday to dale evans road in stoddard and the weather was simply awesome! So we started to ride to slash X cafe and my buddies KX500 started acting up later we found that the head gasket was blown and it sucked all the water out of the radiator! Thats going to be expensive eh!

Oh well I kept riding and made him sit there and watch me....It was a great day of riding!

Sunday night, back home again. Earlier this week we had planned on going up the 395 to Randsburg, last minute change of plans, we went to Lucerne/Johnson Valley. We stayed overnight Saturday and spent all day today riding, it was great. Everybody had a good time, perfect weather, not to crowded and DRY!! Only two small hiccups today, this morning I got my wife's and son's quads ready for the day and in the confusion forgot to prep my own. Long story short, I ended up running out of gas about 6 miles from camp. Like I have come to really appreciate in the offroad community though, everyone that came by offered to help me out. Man, what a great bunch of strangers riders are. I got a ride back to the toy hauler, got gassed up and went on with the day. The other small problem was that my buddy has a 1986 Yamaha 250 ATC that didn't want to act right today, but no big deal, it's an extra bike, fun to ride when it's working though.

I got lots of cool pics, I'll try to get them up on my page tomorrow.

Time for bed soon, goodnight all, hope you had as much fun as I did this weekend.

~Joey
