B&W, What's the elevation at Oakhurst? Was going to try and make it out there Sunday, but, it's our Pastor's last day at church So, that's where I'll be

Not sure exactly, but I think it's about 2300+/-. LJ should know what it is exactly. Miami is up over 4000' though. Oakhurst sits down in a valley. Coming from your way on 49 it drops just west of the Chowchilla River. 41 south of Oakhust peaks at 3000' then drops down into town. The climb going north out of town towards Yosemite on 41 is pretty easy, all things considered. The Sonoma wouldn't even reach it's normal operation temp until I got into Oakhurst when I would leave Miami. Kinda excited to take the new "girl" up there. Too bad you can't make it. I'm assuming you're talking about Hollister right?

B&W, Sorry Yes,I was referring to Sunday at Hollister. I need to go riding. Haven't in awhile If something changes for next weekend, I'll let you know.

I'd like to go ride with you and LJ at Oakhurst/Miami sometime this fall/winter. Anything over 5,000 feet and I would need to re-jet Looking at a map, easiest way for me to get there is via 140/49.
