Mstrquad (George) and Rob are already out there.. Rob stopped by before he went out. Lockmd... I think the majority of us will be in the campground which is to the left once you hit the stop sign after going through the main entrance. I won't get out there probably until 7 or so tomorrow night but I will try and get the USA and Raider flags up so everyone can find our camp.. shouldn't be too hard... as we should have a pretty good sized group! You're welcome to ride with us... we're always willing to show new people around as Mstrquad knows Carnegie really well. Also, I have a big white lifted GMC with personalized plates... should be easy to spot! Hope to see you both this weekend!

I will be at carnegie sat. not sure what time I will show up. I will be drivng a 88 Ford F150 ext cab 4X4, 2 tone dark/light silver. I usually park around Skips store, but if the kids go we will be parked at the east end by the moto track. Look forward to meeting all that I can from here. See you then. MWQ.

I hear ya about eating the dirt . . . when it's real dusty we wear those disposable particle masks (that you can get an any hardware store) under our helmets. They work great - keeps all the dirt out of your nose/lungs.

Just got back from hodge road on the I15. Another enjoyable ride. I think my Rinny is starting to open up a little, got almost 300 miles on it now. I need to start saving up for my 8 spoke Maxxis rims with Bighorns. Think i'll get the dyno-jet kit and another filter first tho, i can do that for $100. Was gonna grab something to eat but i'm thinking i ate so much of the Mohave Desert following my bro' that i'm not hungry!! Shoulda got fries with that! Ya, it's a legal OHV area, it's the first time i've been there but it was pretty cool. There is the hills, the whoops, the fire roads....lots of trails. I enjoyed it there. The exit before is Wild Wash, where i went twice before. It's ok but Hodge Road is better. They are located approx halfway between Victorville and Barstow on the I 15.

Hmmm, I'll have to try Hodge Road too. We always go by there on our way to Calico, and we've ridden at Wild Wash several times, but never Hodge. On the way home from Calico last weekend, we did see a lot of RV's parked out there. Is it just all "open" like Wild Wash? My husband gets too bored riding where there's only open roads/trails and not much else.

Thanks for the welcome, look forward to meeting all who show at carnegie. one question, to the camp is to the left, is there enough room back that way to turn around with my 12' trailer? not to much practice on backing that sucker up yet.

Well I scrubbed the Pismo trip because of the rain forecast, I am thinking the creek will be too high. A couple of friends and my self are heading to Hollister Friday afternoon if anybody else is planning on heading there. I know they check for spark arrestors but has anybody ever been measured for sound levels there??
