Hey Slipperyrock hows it going! I'm at Fairchild too, where ya work at? I'm over in the Snow Barn/heavy equipment shop. Anyone going riding this weekend around Spokane? I can't go Sat. I'll be over in Seattle for a truck show. But I can go Sunday

I would love to go for a ride...if I had my machine. Maybee I will call them tomarrow to see if it's done. I am a tanker maintenance guy by trade but now I pretty much drive around in a truck and tell others what to do. Do you drive a plow in the winter Quicksilver? If so i'm sure I have seen you around and will probably run into you this winter (not litterally I hope).

If ya'll get over into Kellogg/Wallace area or into western MT, give me a hollar. It's about a 2 hr. drive to Kellogg from here (south end of Flathead Lake). Momma's been itchin' to git her and her Griz all dirty again.

right on vquarbs! we ride over there also..I'll look you up when we make another trip...
Things are gettin bussy around here ...I work at United Rentals in outside sales and with all the construction around here Im already out of equipment!! Its a good thing I guess....But with hunting season comin up and sleding season right behind it I dont know how Im gonna get it all done...
Started puttin my sled back together today...should be close to 160 ponies now!! (please snow!! )

We gotta let these legislators know that we care about whats going on! Or our nice new quads will be sitting in the garage in a year or two cuz it gets pretty boaring doin laps around the house....Public land WILL disapear if ALL OF US DONT MAKE COMMENT!

We have a unique chance to comment on the Forrest service plans for OHV acces to national forest lands. Now is the time for us all to put brand differences aside and join in a united effort to help conserve our sport.
Please take a few minutes and visit the link below to add your comments. This can help insure a place for ATV's on public land as well as insure the future of our sport. Please take a minute to look at the sample paragraphs that are provided on the ARRA website. They can help you organize your thoughts and also help with the issues we want to emphasize.

There is also an issue building in Texas! Sarge sent this to us. We feel it is important enough to send in this update:
Yo Troops of the OHV world. Us folks in Texas have a serious problem put on us by the Texas Legislature. We have lost over 1 MILLION acres of public land to ride on because of Senate Bill 155. We are starting a movement to repeal sb 155. Here is a link to a petition you can read and if you think it is good, then click to sign it. You will be sending a message to ALL states legislatures that we are tired of being run over and treated like scum. Any Texas members please go to

Im ridin tue. and wed. but only far enough to get my lazy butt to a tree stand so I can "lounge" and hunt big black bear the rest of the day..lol

Well well well . . . its good to be back!! Long time to see! I was writing on this string earlier in the year from work but then work blocked the site through its firewalls and I didn't have the internet up and running at home I kind of lost contact. By the way Ragged thanks for the calling me a lurker!!!! I guess I will have to. . . . well I don't need to go there for now. . . this is a public site! How is everyone doing? I haven't done much riding this summer as I can't take to much of the dust. The last time I rode was with Ragged and that is when I broke the weld on my steering colum trying to rock my way out of some mud! She still sits in the garage partiall torn down. I have soooo many wires in the headlight pod that I don't what is what and I have to tear into to it to get the steering re-welded. I need to get things going soon as hunting is just around the corner and I will need my quad to haul me and my deer back to the car!
Time to get onto other things!
