I had a 4X4 ranger super cab with the 4.0 V-6 2000 model
it wasn't fast but you couldn't get stuck unless you high centered it........

it went through every mud hole in my county about 50 times

this is the part that you aren't goin to believe
One time one of my freinds got stuck in his 1989 F350 crew cab long bed 4X4 with a 460
it was burried down to the axles
and I hooked up to it and drug it out of the mud hole and he hit his brakes and I kept dragin him......

That had to be embarassing to be pulled out by a little truck when you have a huge one.....LoL
word
the 4.0 is a hoss for a v6

sounds like your expolder needs to be in the shop.....cause My ranger had NO power problems

I pulled all kinds of stuff with it..... lets name few:
21' VIP with dual axle trailor
40 horse kubota with front end loader and bush hog on the rear
and a 16' bumper pull trailor with 4 rappys on it.....

my truck had plenty of torque and power

I just went to a truck tug-o-war about 3 weeks ago. The only thing more fun than the beat on trucks, were the drunk hillbillys.

Okay I own a Ford, but I saw the best bumper sticker this weekend. It said "Fords are like tampons.................Every ***** has one". My wife and I thought that was the best Ford bashing sticker we have ever seen.
