Default 2-Stroke decision

You can find a nice 250R in the 2000$ range. My R has a pipe, filter and replacement reeds. No 4-banger with pipe, filter,hi comp piston will beat me in a race. A well built motor will run like a raped ape, but you have to know how to do top end rebuilds (the right way). If your looking for a quad that dosent need top ends or jetting as much I would get a 4-stroke. They can be really fun too! I love 400ex's. I think they are one of the best 4-strokes out, and you can get them for pritty cheap now. If you want a 2-stroke for really cheap get a quadracer, then cut some plastic off and make it look good
