Default Need a quad for the girlfriend but not sure what to get

Well she went up to the dunes with us this weekend and of course she wants one now. Im not sure what would be better. She likes my 450 but obviously its a little too much for her. We need something that will climb all the hills but at the same time not kill her. Ive never ridden a blaster or a warrior so im not sure how they perform. I also have a 400ex in mind. Please let me know your opinions.

Hmmm... I would reccomend a Z400... That sounds just about perfect for her.

His & Hers Yamaha 450's or you could just try to think of something that you wouldn't mind riding once a while. Think of it as a second quad for you that is hers. What would you like?

Cant go wrong with the Susuki Z400. My girlfriend rides one and is able to climb the dunes no problem. They soup up nicely too. PUt a LRD 440 kit in now it rips even better.Reverse is nice too.

thanks for the fast replys. I think that the vforce is definately too big and heavy for her. My stepmom flipped my dads v this weekend at the dunes and shes lucky it didnt land on her or else she would be crippled. You guys dont think that the z400 or kfx400 is too fast? I have ridden one shortly but i thought that it is considerably faster then the 400ex. Please give me your opinions on the blaster and the warrior.

Z400 very easy for beginner to ride. Warrior heavier not as good suspension, blaster way small and kick start. Both of you will love the Z400. Check my Bio and pictures.

Here's what I'm thinkin. The 400ex is a great bike and won't be to much for her. Plus you can get one cheap. The thing is though, all the Honda fans (me being one of them) usually say that the 400ex while not the fastest bike can climb anything out there. I just haven't found that to be true in its stock form. If it were I wouldn't have built mine to a 440 with other mods. I mean sure it will climb most anything but some stuff out there is just too steep or too big for it. So I agree with some of the other guys in here about the z400. Unless of course you don't think she's gonna want to climb anything crazy then get the ex for cheaper.
