One thing about that much stroke is it's gonna hurt reliability no matter what.....unless a much longer rod is used. This is whyCylinder side load is gonna be increased a ton.....creating more friction and requiring more rebuilds. This is why Powroll gives a disclaimer about the stroked Raptor engine on their web site.

Why dont some of you boys just send him the crank, and the cylinder for the resleeve and then run the Craycraft head intake setup on it??? It would be scary fast. That way the kit would make the full potential horsepower. From what you guys say, Trinity isnt getting the high power numbers out of an engine with the same displacement as the other engine builders, well if its the same dispacement and compression it has just as much potential, so just dont let him do the headwork and you can have all the horsepower you want. I dont know that Trinity isn't a good place to go, I'm just going off of what you guys are saying.

You guys are making me second guess yoshimura now, because i have a z400 and the said there 450 kit after they have done the work and a 47mm carb creates 55hp and 44hp the stock carb. Do you guys think this is true. Yoshirmura said its the same set up as that Doug Goust rides with.
