If it was me i would take the baffle out and remove the airbox lid. I would put a 168 main jet in it.. I would go to the 5th clip on the neddle

I'm planning on getting a full titanium FMF factory4 system and a pro flow kit soon so I'm just waiting it out and do all the jetting at once...

 

It sounds like you did it right. A 168 main should be close.

 

Does the YFZ happen to use the same main jets as the Rappy? I got tons of those around. If not, what kind is it? Also, the mainjet located in the bottom where the pilot is, right?

 

The jets are different then the raptor.
