The bad thing is most people dont realize how fast 1 or 2mm can be cut out. A 15hp gain could be made as long as there is a good pipe to start with. Your only talking about 7.5hp per jug, quite obtainable with the restricted stockers.

 

Especially when you don't want it cut that fast[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]. I ruined the first 250R cylinder I ported. They seem to cut faster than a banshee. The sleeve must be softer or something.
