Use a liqued cooled snowmobile engine
The engines are high HP, belt clutch, light weight. Just use a radiator and maybe an electric fan.
A heavly modded 4 stroke snomobile engine can produce over 300 horsepower if you wanna get really crazy, but a good 800 two stroke is usually sitting around 130 horse with slight modding and pretty reasonable priced, this is just off the top of my head but if you wanna visit some snowmobile forums you'll get a good idea what kinda power these things are producing..
Older engines around 440 in size are very cheap and still give you more HP than you'll find on an ATV engine stock.
