I have a 2000' warrior. I rode a 2000' 4000ex all summer which seemed to have a realy tight transmision, and then I did a trade involving a snowmobile and got this warrior.

I use it for pit riding and jumping, it has a DG pipe/silencer, KN jet kit & filter. My question is, how rugged is the tranny in these warriors? Mine seems to clunk into gear as I let the clutch out a little. Also, when going from reverse back into forward its more noticeable. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much.

Some problems are difficult to diagnose from a distance, but yours may be as simple as a clutch adjustment. If your lever has excess play it may not be disengaging the clutch completely, causing the clunk.

Make sure that the engine isn't reving too high when shifting into/out of reverse. Mine makes the same kind of noises when the engine is reving a bit

Thank you, it was the idle adjusted too high, I also tightened the clutch.
