Default baDynatek FI programmer problem!

I just got done installing my Dynatek FI programmer on my 700R Rappy. The status light does not come on. The instructions (troubleshooting) says check ground (grounded at battery per directions) and make sure grounded properly or ground at a lug on the frame.
I know it is getting a good ground at battery but nothing. It says if the light doesn't come on when the ignition is switched on it isn't getting any power. That is the only thing it says in directions. Seemed wierd the only tech they had was that and it happened. LOL.
I sent them an email just wondering if anyone knew anything. THX.
By the way I got my Yoshi RS-7 full exhaust and ProDesign intake and K&N filter on also. Can't wait to test it out.

My cousins did the same. When you turn on the key it would light for a sec then go out. It stays on once you fire up the bike. If your bike does not fire up then you have a connection problem. Did you get the regular Dynatek or the Sparks modified Dynatek? Either one should rip!

No didn't get the Sparks, never even seen it. Is the light supposed to come on when you start the bike? I thought just when you turned the key on and clicked it over to run.

On the 700 raptors the light will only come on for a second with just the key, it cuts the power back off after that. You will have to start it to get continued power to it. The PC lll comes with a 9 volt battery hook-up you can use so you dont have to start it but not sure if the Dynatek one does or not.

I figured it out. The wire you tap into on the TPS connector must have been loose or bad connection cuz I went back through it and messed with that and I got it working now. I love it. You can really feel it continuing to make more power up top. Improvement through entire powerband also. Just took it for a lil ride so far.
By the way bberck, nice Rappy.
