One more thing. Use good fuel when on the button. The extra O2 the N2O provides will REALLY speed up the flame front. You need to use a good race fuel to slow that down or you will get into detonation.
I would start with a 10HP shot and get used to the extra power. 10HP on N2O is not like 10 extra HP on the motor. The torque and power comes on very fast so it feels a lot different than getting that on the motor alone.
One of the biggest mistakes people make with a manual tranny is not shifing fast enough. The engine will RPM very fast so stay on top of it. It was hard for me to do in a race car on a sticky track let alone on a quad in loose dirt. You will be busy.

Way back when I messed with octane booster. There was a few good brands out there and a lot of crap.
I have not messed with it in a long time.
I would just buy a 5er of race gas and mix it with a 5er of permium. That should put you around 100 octane and you should be fine with this mix.
