Default Wolverine Suspension Swap?

kinda old thread, but i was wondering what most people have their stock supsension on their wolvy 450 set to?

mine is set how it came from the factory, I have never really needed to change it.

I adjusted the front shocks one bar stiffer from the factory setting. I kept bottoming out on jumps.

As far as swapping out your shocks do not buy Works shocks. I have a set on my 95 Wolverine and the lower eye has begun to wear out. If you buy aftermarket shoocks look into how they are built. If a plastic ring is used make sure you get extras and replace it before it creates problems.

Whent trail riding its at the 2nd softes and for sand pits or lots of mudding the hardess. some of the hills i get in the sand pits are so hight that i have to get lots of speed befor climbing it and the suspencion used to bottom out when it was a 2nd softes

2 yrs later ...I wass scrooliing through and seen you ask about the hebco long travel did you go for it? I have it on mine, I find it's an improvement still want thos shocks thought.

off topic, but, do you have pics of your snorkels? i'm trying to make a snorkel for my wolvy and its pretty tricky

Rsitalian - I see the long travel kit is $ 165 plus shipping did you actually notice a difference in the ride especially over rocks and roots etc? Also is your suspension stock other than the long travel kit?

on my wolvy i have a yfz450r suspention and it fit bolt on... i dont have instaled a rear shock but im lookin and whit my eyes its the same lenght but its a smally too big but if you want i give news back after i installed
