Well if the park brake is blocked off, you connect them at the switch on the park brake to disable the rev limiter for the park brake.

yea when i hit the gas hard it would stall but it rev high and i dont know what you mean by the park brake is blocked off

Did you mess with your idleing when it would rev right??? I would really look into the parking brake...Your Carb float may be stuck also... Did the quad sit awhile... I would clean the Carb good, Put the wires togather and try again make sure that your idle screw is set right also, hope that info helps

i just rebuilt the carb do you mean the fuel screw but the the carb is set right i just dont know why it rev high and pop alot and die???
