I pulled up the Yamaha Warrior 350 information that I have stored in the Dynatek software on the laptop that I use to program my YFZ450 with. They store all of each brands information on the same disc so when you buy an ignition from them for a Yamaha you get their software for every Yamaha model that they sell a programmable ignition for. According to what I'm looking at they program the rev limiter for around 8400 rpms in all of their different curves, but you can raise or lower it depending on your needs with their software and hardware. Unless you have some type of shift light or memory recall software and hardware you won't know what rpm you're shifting at unless you're bouncing off the rev limiter.
On my YFZ450 I have a small shift light from Dynatek mounted on my handlebars that you don't even notice unless you know to look for it until it flashes on. I have it set to come on at 10,500 rpms and go off at 10,800 rpms. I wouldn't race without one, but that's just me.
If you've changed your rear tire size than that will change your gearing also. A smaller rear tire acts like a smaller front sprocket and a bigger rear tire acts like a bigger front sprocket. If I'm not mistaken usually 2 inches in tire height (22 inches to a 20 inch tire) is similar to 1 tooth on a front sprocket. If you feel like you're going through the gears too fast and don't have the top end speed that you need then I would try a bigger front sprocket if you're quad can handle it.
