95 wolverine wont start

Ignition timing is fixed to the T mark, if the piston agrees with the T mark ignition timing has to be right. If the piston shows T mark to be wrong, the flywheel key has sheared. Remove flywheel and fit a new key. Check this first as if you set the valves to the T mark and the T mark is wrong, you are setting the valve timing wrong too.

I have tried everything above and still got nothing I looked at timing and it coukdnr be more perfect

What was the compression? If that is OK, (over 90psi) it is looking more likely that you didn't get the carb right first time.

When you cleaned your carb did you get the right configuration of the air fuel screw? washer than O ring and get the bench setting right at 2 turns out from lightly seated?

yes everything went in right those I know how to do top to bottom but I went 2 and a half turns

It was bad compression only had 30 sometimes but most was around 70 to 90
