Buy a service manual for your warrior it shows about everything you need to know. BG.

Nemisis,

Get the Clymer(spelling?) manual. It is WELL worth the $25 and will answer all your questions.

Money well spent!

Ok, you will need to have the timing gear set on the cam. There is a mark on the gear and the head. You will need to align those marks. Slide the chain round the gear and around the crank gear. Also on the crank there is a mark on the gear and on the block. Align them. There ya have it.
