Hey roostking, it all started when i said that my 250r would beat banshee's and you said there's no way. Know your saying that i said it was a 250r with bolt on's "I have a 1986 trx 250r with a bills pie and silencer ported reeds reed spacer milled head and .40 wesico piston" you need to read a little better because i clearly said it was ported read back on the fist page of this form.

 

Roost I would love to ride at glamis. Tell ya the truth I had a four stroke till I went to the dunes and then had to get the Banshee. The closest dunes we have are little sahara which are not bad for the middle of oklahoma. Maybe some day I will make the trec to cali to do the real dunes. But for now a couple of trips to o.k. a year will have to do.

Roostking has 250R envy. Look at his icon, is it his beloved banshee? Oh, wait, it's a 250r. I think I'll sell my ds and get another 250R just for the sake of roosting the roostqueen himself. I'll probably make it to Glamis for Easter, maybe you'll be there, but probably not. Remember what I said, go to the north side of the hill and find some 250r's over there. Tell me what happens.

You wanna race another 250r ? Great we have one of those in our camp driven by a 16 yr old. Dont worry if ya cant make it we'll understand but dont worry we'll be there on Easter as well. We wont to hard to find, go to dirty bobs near the flats and l@@k for white 4x4 f350 with 30' Weekend Warrior. So you must have seen the Videos of me spanking a few DS's. Think your faster than a 703? Didnt think so. At any rate, I like the roostqueen comment, real witty. but hey, if you dont mind getting beat by a queen, dont be scared, come on down this weekend...My family is suppossed to be here over Easter but if you cant/wont show up this weekend, maybe I will make a special trip just to spank you. Or I will bring my family so they could be proud of me. That would be pointless though, its not much to spank your current DS or a future 250R. To be honest, the DS has given me more of a run that even a 330 R.

I did earlier say that a ported 250R might beat me, but i seriously dont think it has happened yet. But I am going to count all the 250R I race. MAybe I can get my buddy to photograph a few races.

Anyhow, Who is going to show up that has a 250R. I will be on a Red and Black banshee, shaved fenders, six pack rack. If you want to race, lets do it...

Oh yea, the reason I have the ATC icon is because I happen to think they are the baddest looking ATV ever. See Im not biased, just a realist. 250 cc's vs. 350cc's. Dont see how a honda can make more power with less cc's, but hey, you all say so...

Dang, Roostqueen, you must have super bolt ons, since you seem to decimate all that challenge you. This weekend will be no different I'm sure since "Duning is now your life." I would love to show up this weekend, but my band is playing two shows in LA and Orange County so I'm stuck in the dreary old city. We'll definately have to get together for Easter so you can "Roost" all over me, in the name of the Lord of course. I'll be sure to watch out for the always fiersome Gilbert, AZ crew. Where is Gilbert, Az by the way?

I am nor sure if U guys have the best R's in the world or what.

I have an 86 trx250r.It is ported,FMF pipe and silencer,bored .020 with a wiseco piston,uni filter and boyesen reeds(well it was anyway)

In a drag I was running next to piped banshee's.They guys with paddles where gone.But us with just regular old tires where close the whole way.Back and forth.

I have a 250r so I know how they handle.Mine has +2 A-arms,white bro's shocks,durablue axle,wider off-set wheels.All the good stuff.It handles and jumps incredibly well.I can drag race on it and not do to terribly bad.I can go race mx with it,or I can ride around in the woods.It is a great qaud.


As far as beating a qaudzilla.I don't know about that.My dad had an 87 that was ported,bored .080 over with a wiseco piston,FMF pipe and silencer,FMF ram valve and a uni filter.IT freakin hauled.I rode on my mx track with it for about 3 hours one day and all the corners had giant ruts in them.U could pull the front end up anytime.But even as fast as it was a LRD370 long rod banshee still beat it.The guy had paddles though.


I have rod an FTZ370 long rod banshee with FTZ drag pipes everything.He is getting ready to turn it over to alky.THat thing was incredible.Extremely fast.I was taking off in thrid gear and when I shifted to 5th the front end tried to come over.That is with a 10 over swingarm.That thing is a beast.

Yea Duning is my life, what of it. I moved out here from Wyoming so I could ride more, no other reason..And I never said I decimate all that challenge me. Your trying to make my post more than it is. I will get waxed plenty of times, but not by many, if any, 250R's. Too bad your garage band is playing the VFW this week. Or is it a battle of the bands at the locals bar, 80's hairband cover band? Karaoke maybe? So did you see the videos? Is your 650 faster than a 703? I guess so, since your machines, even with less CC's seem to make this magical power. You should talk to the race teams, you could build a CR125, with your knowledge of &quot;physics bending&quot;, into something that will beat a CR250, and totally surprise everyone on the national circuit. Your band could then play the intermission. Man youd be the coolest. I know I would like to see your mechanical ability put to the test. I will reitterate, I am going to count the number of 250's I race and post the results, win or lose.

Minty, so are you going to call the guy that posted just below you a liar because he got beat by a banshee? Maybe you can work your magic on his 250r. make it a Banshee killer.
