Well, it don,t take much to convince me. If fuel additives are not what I need I guess a bigger motor is looking like what I'll need to do for next year. I just had both motors redone this year. One whith a 686 and the other with a 727. I'm thinking of adding NOS to the 727, any thoughts?

NOS is fine. To build for it be sure to consider a tool steel top ring and special exhaust valves.

NOS, Is not a very Reliable Company. I've heard a lot about if you don't connect it prefectly than you migh be DEAD. NO joke. An exspert told me this. Just my 2cents. lol.

what I am running is a 686 in one and a 727 in the other. Of course I know I need different fuels for each motor but also wonder why VP is so recomended. In this area everyone seems to prefer Turbo Blue?

turbo blue is TRICK isnt is? thats what most of us use out here as well, I think the $/octane is a better value than with VP (114 octane vs 107 on the VP i think for about 50cents to a $1 more a gallon), been a while since i've had to use anything that high in octane

I guess I really thought it seems "to good to be true " the cost of Turbo Blue to other fuels. It seems to me that there has to be a better fuel for the money. My friends wonder why I cry at a penny when I ride TWO of the nations top Raptors. My responce is allways, "I might not be fast but at least I'm in Dirt Wheels"!

turbo: In our neck of the woods Klotz is the best you can get, they've got 104, 108, 114 and 118. Klotz is based out of Ft. Wayne which is pretty close for you. If you've got to run it all the time, I would buy it in 55 gallon drums.

Thanks, thats one of the other fuel I was looking at. I have to order about 9 barrels for our whole riding group. Another problem I just got called on is some of us ride four strokes and some still ride dinosaurs like the ban-shee. We were also looking at Cam 2 but they said it was a four stroke fuel mainly.I guess I'm looking for one that will work in both if they make such a thing?

Do you have a phone number for a Klotz rep?
