One thing I like about the Raptor which a lot people don't like is the width. If you ride a lot of tight woods trails the raptor cuts through really well.

 

Well, RCR, ya are being a Dick, I love my Raptor, and wouldn't ever give it a bad name. Carb blowing off, hmm, I only had that happen once. The valve cover got gasket-maker re-applied all around, but oil is still comming out around one of the bolts. Itis tightened to specs. Abuse you say? I don't think so. WTF are you talking about not breaking the cam in? I never drag raced with it while I was breaking it in. I just went up, and down the strip, at a steady pace, for about 20mins, then I let it cool down, then I drag raced. Also, ask Mark, he will tell you, I got the OK from him that I was breaking it in right, and that it was fine to do some drag racing on it. It was only blowing smoke because it was leaking oil, and it was driping on the pipe. So get your story straight, before you come down here B!tchin to me. I treat my quads right, probably better than you. Got anything else to say?

 

I had a 86 250R, The raptor is easier to ride fast & is faster. I love it.

Guess what? I've had zero problems with my 02 Raptor & I don't baby it by no means!
