Warrior cutting out...tried all the usual things!
Just as a follow-up to this thread I started about a year ago.... I FINALLY figured out the problem. The cam sprocket was misaligned by one tooth. The lines lined up w/o the tensioner, but once the tensioned pressed against the chain it moved it one notch over. I took the cam sprocket off this weekend, moved it over one, and the problem is gone!
