Default worn clutch?

When first putting the Rappie in gear the quad clicks and jumps forward and inch, this is with the clutch lever fully in. Is this an indication of excessive clutch wear? Do i need to readjust my clutch?

You need a fair amount of "play" in your clutch lever. Check that first.

My banshee used to do that with my old dirt digger clutch. I found out the cable was sticking, and it eventually ruined my clutch. I replaced it with a new cable and a Trinity Clutch, no problems so far AT ALL. I love that clutch so much, it never slips, ever. It has super heavy duty springs and yz490 plates. I can pop it on pavement, and it will either spin the wheels or do a huge wheelie.

If everything is in adjustment you probably need a new cable, when mine acted up I could actually see the "sleeve" of the cable moving inside the cable housing. Give your lever asmall amount of freeplay. And re-check
