Im not even close to replacing the chain on my wifes Yamoto. I always figured it was a 520 chain but have never verified it.

Speaking of chains. I need to find some sort of chain guard for the 150. The sand causes the chain to bind. I remove the factory one because it sat too low. Any ideas would be appreciated.

In response to 2manytoys: The frame cracked at the lower motor mount and pulled a big "chunk" right out of the frame. I disassembled it to check the rest of it and found that several welds (or right around the weld) are also cracked. These frames are like iron and very brittle. I prepped and welded the motor mount back into place, and it now has a few more hours on it, but it's already beginning to crack again around the weld. As for the choke, Patriots fix didnt help so I tossed it out. I took the elec choke completely apart, removed all the springs, drilled, tapped, bonded it all together, so I could manually move the plunger, I used safety-wire to move it up and down, with hopes to come up with some kind of lever. Dirtforashirt is right, its kinda hard to get a hand in there to work it. I am also experimenting with spark plugs. I cant seem to get it just right, if anyone has successfully crossed the original plug with another, let me know. thanks. MAN I HATE THIS QUAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm way behind. This link is expired, I can't see the fix. This is definitely my problem. Could you type what to do. Thanks and good job.
