Hensim 110cc unidentified sensor

I don't know.
What are the wire colors (on the wiring harness side of any connectors)?
Go over the entire wire harness and see where else you have those same wire colors pop out. By looking to see what else this sensor hooks up to it may give a clue as to it's function.
In case it is not obvious - wire colors don't change once they enter a wire harness tape up. If a wire goes into the harness as a purple wire with a yellow stripe it will still be the same color when it comes out. So you can trace wires that way. Also, quad manufacturers *always* use a single color for a single function. This really helps. For example you see a kill switch wire that is black with a white stripe in the wiring harness. You can assume with near certainty that *all* black with white stripe wires in the wiring harness are connected together and are all part of the kill switch circuitry.
These color rules only apply to the official taped up wiring harness - not the ancillary pig tail wires that come off bolt on devices such as ignition switches, kill switches, horn buttons, etc. These devices are all purchased from outside vendors and so they have no control over the wire colors.
