Default 90cc Falcon 4stroke Problems

Got spark, sprayed fuel down the carb and it won't start. Really not sure if the carb is working properly so I sprayed starting fluid and gas to see if it would fire. Thinking maybe valves. Not sure what the specs are for valve clearance, could someone help?

Thanks

Definately adjust the valves. I don't know what Falcon says, but I would start with 0.004" cleanace on exhaust and intake on a cold engine. Valves loosen with increasing temperature, so the symptom of valves that are too loose is valve clatter noise when the engine is warm. The symptom of valves that are too tight is hard to no starting when cold (with easy starting when the engine is warmed to temperature).
