Is this with the spark plug in or out. If in, try removing it and then jump the solenoid. Either flooded cylinder with gas or low battery or both is what the video looks like to me.

It was plugged in. The volt meter is showing near 12v. How can I fix the flooded cylinder?

...by removing the spark plug like i said and cranking it over. Oh, and don't put your face near the hole, put a rag or something over it.

OK after removing the spark plug, I cranked it up again and it started spinning faster for about 3 seconds then slowed down to half turns. I just measured the voltage on the battery and read close to 11v. So now I'll recharge that battery and try cranking it up again to see if starter maintains the spin.

Default Great News

I finally got it running, but it stops after about 10 secs. What could be the problem? Gas prob? Do I need to adjust anything on the carb? I can post more detailed pics for the carb, let me know.

Default How I got it running

Put in a new carb and battery. Fixed the starter button issue by installing a custom button. Then opened up the stator and cleaned it out. Finally put it back together and fired it up. Make sure the battery is charged up to 12.6v or it will not turn over. I had to jump the battery with my car many times although it was new battery.
