Taotao tforce ata 110 cc d/d1 clutch problem?
Taotao tforce ATA 110cc D/D1 shifting problem.
I have a taotao tforce ATA 110cc D/D1bike runs fine but when you put it in gear it dies. I ran the bike in neutral and rolled it along and jumped on while putting it in gear and bike drives along fine with lots of power, once you try to stop it stalls out like the clutch isn’t working. Adjusted clutc as shower in videos. Turned counterclockwise till restriction was felt than back an 1/8. No difference. Any suggestions or should I just put a clutch in it? Thanks in advance.

Not familiar with Taotaos, but does it have a clutch lever. If not, it will have 3 clutches, and the ones for neutral are a lawnmower style centrifugal clutch and a one way clutch. The conventional multiplate is only used when changing gear, not for setting off, so I would guess at a seized one way clutch or a shoe stuck or broken spring on the centrifugal.
