What does a Clutch Kit do and should I add it to my BF750???

What does a clutch kit do? Does it enhance a bf750 for anything and if so, how much do they cost? Also, will it void my extended warranty?

if your running bigger than 27in tires or real heavy tires it makes a big difference it lets your engine stall more rpms before actualy moving your bike like a stall converter in automobile it also increases belt life if you run deep sticky mud or pull heavy loads it helps alot really you just need to change the primary - secondary springs i have pink primary black secondary look at epi website they tell you about different springs hope this helps

I put the Dalton Brute kit in my 700. It raises the point that your clutch shifts at so the motor pulls more RPM's. The Dalton kit comes with weights that are supposed to help belt grip instead of using a heavier secondary spring.

Ok, so here is my current set up.
2005 Brute Force 750
27" ITP mudlites and ITP black rims
front basket rack
back cargo box/seat
front kimpex bumper
back kimpex bumper
pen locker
RAM spot light
Moose ignition module
jet kit
Do you think I should put a clutch kit and if so, which one. I don't want to loose any top end, but the more bottom end, the better. I typically ride between 0-25mph about 60% of the time, between 25-40mph about 30% of the time, and over 40mph about 10% of the time. I hardly every go over 55mph, just because my riding is through the woods and logging roads and mud.
Anyway, what do you thing??????
PS: I think I want to eventually add some 28" mudzillas or something more aggressive with wheel spacers for aggressive mud riding, but I will keep my current mudlites and rims for regular trail riding.

I doubt there's every been an automatic quad made that didn't run better after a clutch kit was installed, the factory setups are pretty mild and don't take aftermarket parts like pipes or CDI's into account. You won't lose any top end with the Dalton kit, it uses the same primary spring that most of the V-Force riders use. The kit comes with rivets that you put in the weights to make them heavier for 27-28" tires.
