Has anyone had to use the AC warrenty? I got a new 400 auto on Tuesday and Wednesday I have a hi beam head light out. I will see the dealer this next Tuesday. I guess this will be a test. I would think they would stand behind something like that since its that new, but I guess we will see. Will keep you posted.

If your dealer is as good mine they will replace it at no charge, one of the mount screws that fasten's the rear rack to the plastic fender, they gave me a dozen of screws complete with flat washer's,lock washer's and the nylon self locking nut's ! And they told me if any more bolt's came loose they would give me new one's free of charge for the entire 2 year warrantee . They didn't have to do this but this dealer stand's behind their sales and service, unlike the rest of the dealer's in my home town. You don't even have to buy from them or even their brand they treat everyone the same ! The way they see it, if they go out of their way to help you, the next time you buy or refer to someone else it's worth it !!! I got my 06' Arctic cat 400 fis TVR feb. 7th 2006 , i was a honda and suzuki fan and they ordered part's for my other quad's at half what honda and suzuki wanted for the same O.E.M. part's.. It would be nice if all Dealer's were the same with sale's and service after the sale, but alas some only care is the sale's and don't care about you after that !!!!.........williebee

I called the dealer today about hi-beam bulb. He said, he could replace it at no cost. I guess bulbs aren't covered due to fact they can go out anytime. But I only had 4 to 5 miles on it. Not sure it wasn't burnt out when I got it. I hope thats the biggest problem I have with it.

That's great keppy you've got a good dealer there, not many would replace bulb's free but i thought they would with such low mile's as you have on your ac if the dealer was a good one ! I've had mine for almost 6 month's and i have right at 200 mile's on it, even my dealer would probally charge for a new bulb on mine after this long ! I 've been lucky i haven't blown any yet, but i had a 93' suzuki KQ 300 4x4 and it was bad about blowing bulb's, the suzuki dealer gave one free when i had it just a few day's; but i had to do the labor and after that first one it was 10.00 each !!! The only thing i've had trouble with my 400 except the fender to rear rack fastner, is one of the plastic ribbet's at the air box. But my dealer told me she would give me a pack with 10 for free, i haven't gotten them yet but i will be going to get a new oil filter in a few day's so i'll get them this week ...Me and my brother went to TN saturday an got a good day long ride at Prentice Cooper, we had a good time it was very dry and dusty I alway's let him lead the way and was eating dust all day. lol Well we had a ball anyway ..................Have a good time riding and be safe............williebee
