Which clutch are you replacing?
At any rate, if you haven't done one before, you will be better off getting ahold of a manual rather than getting the info here, because even though it is a straight forward process, the words detailing it's replaement sounds confusing to those who haven't done it before.
You will need a spanner tool to do the job right and to keep you from throwing fits with the little nuts on the ends of the shafts. It runs about $15 from MotionPro....available from your Honda dealer.
