NO WAY!! That means there still good man!.... put your new clutch springs in and ride! Any LESS than spec means they're worn out...

If they are thinner than spec they would most likely slip....

Default clutch plate thickness?

where'd you find a spec on individual disk thickness? the only spec my manual has is overall thickness of total clutch package, which is even misprinted and I had to convert from the metric spec to reveal a missing 0 in the conversion!!! this is off the top of my head so don't quote me on it - but it seems like the manual says 1.827" min, but its actually 1.0827" total thickness.

as soon as my clutch started slipping (due to added hp and haulers), I got new springs but it was too late - the disks were already worn from one sand ride and a day of drags. $25 in springs cost me $80 in disks!!!
