well i was going with that theory until kmduner rode my 720 and did better than me against mario, go figure. i think there was to many factors for us tires gearing weight, well there is always next year. i need to see how my plug looks it ran pretty good on the oregon jetting. sorry to hear about your bother tony, and thanks for the reminder on the protective gear. i just think next year we need to get spies to check out what jeff is running.

When I was into drag racing 100lbs was supposed to equal 1 car length. Comparing a 4000lb car to a 400lb quad, 100lbs to 10lbs-but a cars length would be two quad lengths. Somebody may help me with the logic but I think it comes close to Jeffs observations. What I've seen on the short comp hill of Florence would be more like 40 to 50lbs per bike length. I've got no experience with a bike like Jeff's and Sand Mountains size but 10lbs seems pretty low. Performance gains are exponential so who knows.
One thing that drives the Banshees guys nuts is my friends 660lb CBR powered quad. You want to see some furious riders when they get beat by him and then his wife hops on the back and they both whoop up on these guys. That's over 1000lbs against around 500. Just think, If he would drop 500lbs, he could be at the end of comp before the race begins.

well i wish i had time to try those 9 paddle exteremes of yours azsand but , maybe next time. i think i'll order a few more sprockets for next time also, that way when jeff has the radar out i can figure out what is best. thinking 15-42 would have helped my machine, but that was with the 23' rear tires 22" might be prefect, go figure
