Check the first post, he said they are be 11 degrees off.

 

That would be 11* wide open, at 3000 the difference may not be that much. The curve with the lesser advance may be a little more advanced at lower RPMs and at some point the two would be the same.
You could use a timing light to see if this might be the case.
